The HLN is currently in feasibility stage and we are gearing up for a public consultation in Summer 2026. The Better, Safer Kilburn scheme is a £12m project to make the town centre a safer and more attractive place to visit, improve air quality, encourage walking and cycling, and create a more pleasant and welcoming town centre. Working with neighbouring Boroughs Brent and Westminster, the scheme has been approved for delivery following consultation and is gearing up to implementation phases.&nbsp; Your role will be to programme manage these hugely ambitious projects through from now until completion, and lead a team of internal officers and external stakeholders helping develop and deliver these plans. The role will be responsible for ensuring key project milestones are met, that budgets are carefully managed, multiple new and innovative funding sources are explored, that high-quality documentation is produced for a range of audiences, and that effective stakeholder/community engagement and management takes place across the schemes. This is an active field officer post, and you will have to exercise warrants, pursue rogue traders and support victims.&nbsp; You will need to be a highly motivated self-starter and completer / finisher with good communication and negotiation skills.&nbsp; You will work in partnership with neighbouring North-East London authorities, Police, Fire, Customs, Home Office and other enforcement teams.&nbsp; You will need the full range of investigation and reporting skills, including appearance at Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.

Shared Technology Services are looking for a Finance Officer to support the Financial Controller in providing efficient and timely support in the provision of a comprehensive professional finance service that fulfils partner Councils statutory, corporate and operational requirements.
Other responsibilities include assisting the Financial Controller in monthly budget monitoring, monthly recharges to Partner Councils and analysing weekly GL and PO Reports. We are seeking a Resettlement and Support Officer (Roding Homes) who wants to work in a resident-centred service.&nbsp; You will play a major part in making residents’ lives better in providing resettlement support and advice to families in temporary accommodation and providing advice and support with move on options.
The role requires knowledge The Housing Act 1996 and Homeless Reduction Act 2017, the Childrens Act, and the Care Act as well as the willingness and ability to learn.
