The Insurance Support Officer will provide key administrative and operational support to the Insurance & Risk Management function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Logging & tracking insurance claims - including maintaining the claims register, assisting in managing claims and supporting monthly reporting.
- Managing the insurance inbox and correspondence.
- Supporting documentation for claims and support with renewals.
- Updating data systems - Tracking claims trends and ensuring accurate insurance records.
- Provide support with various insurance projects.
Who you are:
- Early career profession or recent graduate - this role is designed for someone at the start of their career.
- An interest in insurance, risk or property.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and organised.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Motivated, proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Experience a corporate, finance or insurance environment would be highly advantageous but not a requirement.
