Experience of working in a diverse inner-city area and a good understanding of the social housing regulations is important.

Some key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver our Tenant & Leaseholder Engagement Strategy, putting residents at the core of our service delivery.
  • Working with residents and internal and external stakeholders to develop Neighbourhood Action Plans for each of our 27 neighbourhoods and work collectively to deliver the actions.
  • Lead on the support provided to the 31 Tenants and Residents Associations, including around their governance and capacity building and ensure that their views are fed into service development.
