We are increasing our existing team in Supported Living, and building a small, dedicated team to support service users in the next stage of their development. Duties will include:

<li>Support and encourage the individual to make life choices and develop their life skills.</li>
<li>Support and encourage the individual to engage in home, social and leisure activities according to their individual choices.</li>
<li>Support the individual with their finances.</li>
<li>Support the individual to maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain safe at all times.</li>
<li>Support with personal care and health needs as required</li>
<li>Support with medication.</li>

Due to the nature of the role, some elements of physical work such as moving and handling and delivering personal care will be required.
Basic pay of £12.45 - £12.65 per hour, Saturdays at £18.68 - £18.98 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays at £24.90 - £25.30 per hour.&nbsp;
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however, we can offer you a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, with support to undertake the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications fully funded by us!

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Bereavement Services Team as a Crematorium Technician. In this role, you will carry out a range of duties including, developing relationships with key stakeholders and the bereaved, acting as the first point of contact for the funeral cortege, overseeing the cremation process and chapels on a rota basis.
Ideally you will have bereavement related experience but you must be a good communicator, problem solver, have an adaptable approach to work and provide a high standard of customer care.&nbsp;
This role involves manual handling and due to the nature of the work, being exposed to the elements while scattering cremated remains in accordance with instructions.&nbsp;
A full uniform and PPE will be provided.&nbsp;
This is a Monday to Saturday role and the working hours will be rota based over 5 days. You will be required to open and close the crematorium on a rota basis with another member of staff.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Land Agency, you will help to implement and deliver strategic access management and visitor mitigation across Epping Forest and its associated Buffer Land. You will promote use of the Epping Forest Estate through implementation of the Strategic Access Management and Mitigation Strategy (SAMMS) project, develop sustainable links to neighbouring green spaces and public transport and promote responsible use of the Forest to ensure protection of its natural aspect. We are looking for an Integrated Support Workers to join our Community Care Service, supporting the coordination of care and support for people receiving services from Micare, with a particular focus on those receiving support from multiple Health and Social care services, such as those at the end of their life.
About the role…

<li>Acting as a single point of contact for the person receiving services, removing duplication and ensuring the person only tells their story once.</li>
<li>Liaising with a multi-disciplinary team across Health and Social care services to bring together a range of support to one place.</li>
<li>Support the coordinators with implementing care and support across all pathways to include Crisis Response, Reablement, D2A, C2A, safety net and complex care. This will also include first visits assessments, which means you will be required to be available during your working hours to go out into the community at short notice.</li>

As a MiCare Support Worker you:

Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support the Homes Manager to ensure that the service meet its statutory responsibility and is compliant with the Children’s Homes Regulations (2015).</li>
<li>Assist in the development of a professional team that performs to the highest standards, ensuring effective supervision, staff development and training.</li>
<li>Support the Homes Manager to exceed expectations at Inspection and Regulation 44 visits in terms of delivering positive outcomes for young people.</li>
<li>Work openly with Quality Assurance to ensure good safeguarding standards and high-quality information recording are maintained.</li>
<li>Line management for 8/9 members of staff over a working week, including 2 Senior Support workers, 4/5 Support workers and 1/2 Waking night staff.</li>
<li>Take immediate management action when the welfare or safety of children or young people is as risk.</li>
</ul>
Candidate Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Hold a professional qualification in Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent.</li>
<li>Extensive professional work experience in a management position in a children’s residential setting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Children Act 1989 &amp; CH regulations and good standards of practice.</li>
<li>Demonstrate experience of working effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and partner agencies.</li>
