This post is located in Family Help and Protection Team 4 and includes an Assistant Team Manager, 6 Social Workers and 1 Social Work Assistant. The team has been well established over a long period of time and the current post holder will be available to provide handover and support to the successful applicant. This is one of a Management Team of 11 Managers who work well together and provide support and assistance to each other.</p>\n<p><strong>To apply for this post you will need to have a Social Work Qualification and be registered with SW England.</strong></p>\n<p>You will need a minimum of three years post qualifying experience and two years working with children and families.
