Well Lane Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, and creative individual to join our dedicated Early Years team. At the heart of our community, we strive to improve the life chances of every pupil, ensuring they reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
The Role

As a vital member of our Early Years team, you will:

● Be a Key Person: Build strong, supportive relationships with a specific group of children and their families, acting as their primary advocate and guide.

● Inspire Learning: Support the EYFS framework through creative "continuous provision" and structured activities that make learning English, Maths, and world discovery fun.

● Champion Safeguarding: Maintain the highest standards of child protection, working closely with our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure every child is safe, happy, and heard.

● Collaborate: Work alongside a passionate team of teachers and Trust colleagues to maintain an environment of academic and personal excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

● Strong English and Maths skills to support foundational development.

● A creative thinker who can adapt to the needs of children from all backgrounds and abilities.

● A resilient professional who remains positive and energetic in a fast-paced classroom.

● A deep commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young children.

Why Join Us?

You will be part of a supportive school culture that values professional growth and the well-being of its staff. This is a chance to make a tangible difference in the Well Lane community by shaping the future of our youngest learners.

Key Dates:

● Closing Date: Friday 4th September 9am
● Interviews: Friday 11th September
