Technical Standards and Programme Works Team Leader

Are you an experienced supervisor with a strong track record in housing asset management, investment planning and supporting the delivery of capital programmes?

Are you keen to lead a friendly, professional team and drive continuous service improvement at Sheffield City Council?

We currently have the following vacancies, working on a hybrid basis.

1 x Temporary full time (37 hours) until 31 August 2027

1 x Permanent part time (18.5 hours)

1 x Temporary full time for 12 months

Help shape the future of council housing in Sheffield. We are looking for Team Leaders to support the delivery of our HRA-funded housing capital investment programme, improving homes and services for tenants and communities.

You will provide operational leadership across programme governance, contract and project administration, performance monitoring, budget oversight and continuous improvement.

Working with colleagues, partners and contractors, you will help turn housing investment priorities into well-managed projects that deliver quality, value for money and positive outcomes for tenants.
