Are you passionate about supporting people to thrive at work? We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Workplace Wellbeing Partner to play a key role in helping employees maintain good health, remain in work, and achieve safe and sustainable returns following periods of absence. Working closely with managers, HR colleagues, occupational health providers and external specialists, you will coordinate wellbeing support, facilitate early intervention, and help remove barriers that impact attendance and wellbeing. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to employee experience while contributing to a healthier, more supportive workplace culture.

The role:

• Experience in a wellbeing, occupational health, HR, employee relations or related people-focused role, with a track record of supporting wellbeing or absence
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with employees, managers and external providers
• A proactive and organised approach, able to coordinate support, follow through on actions and drive positive outcomes for employees
• A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and helping people overcome barriers to remain in or return to work
