 The Child Death Review Hub covering Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, City and Hackney is recruiting for a co-ordinator to join this friendly team at London Borough of Newham based at Dockside Road. You would be expected to come to the office 1-2 days per week. This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.&nbsp; This is a comprehensive complex administrative role within the&nbsp;Child Death Review (CDR) Hub team to co-ordinate the CDR System, such that the system functions efficiently and effectively.&nbsp; We are looking for candidate who has extensive experience in an administrative role and have experience of working with public agencies such as local authorities and NHS trusts. &nbsp;You must have excellent administrative and IT skills and be competent with digital systems. You will be required to work independently as well as part of a team and training is provided. This role requires you to be motivated, curious, investigative and flexible. &nbsp;You will be able to communicate well in a variety of ways and build and maintain good quality, ongoing and one-off, relationships with professionals and their organisations who need to participate in the child death review process. The King Edward VII Memorial Hospital (KEMH) is looking for an experienced dental therapist to join their friendly and supportive team.
The dental team (3 clinicians and 5 nurses), delivers a comprehensive range of oral health services to the local population including primary care, public health initiatives, and emergency dental care. The dental facility boasts three well-equipped surgeries with digital radiography and a small laboratory area, following UK standards of care while tailoring practices to meet the unique local needs.
The Role
This position presents an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the oral health of the Falkland Islands, delivering quality restorative and preventative dental care as part of the dental team.
Specific benefits of this position include:

The Person Must

<li>Hold a degree in Dental Therapy &amp; Hygiene BSc (or recognised equivalent),</li>

<li>Be able to work and communicate effectively as part of a busy dental team.</li>

About the Role:
The Senior Information Governance Officer role is responsible for providing advice and assistance in relation to complex Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and Data Protection (DP) requests for information.&nbsp; The post is based within the Information Governance team which is part of Law &amp; Corporate Services Directorate.&nbsp; The role supports the work of the Data Protection Officer and the Deputy Data Protection Officer.&nbsp; This role works across all Council Directorates and is pivotal in ensuring the Council’s compliance with legislative requirements.

<h3>THE ROLE</h3>
Offshore Petroleum Health and Safety Inspectors are responsible for inspecting and investigating onshore and offshore oil and gas installations situated in Falkland Islands. The role involves the assessment and control of physical, chemical and biological health risks, and could include hazards such as hydrogen sulphide, crude oil, drilling muds, asbestos, noise and vibration, as well as and maintaining and participating in an effective 24/7 response capability. The post holder will also contribute to the development of industry guidance, standards and operational strategy.
<h3>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Have at least five years’ experience of working in health and safety regulation of the offshore petroleum industry, or another industrial sector presenting major hazards, including reviewing and assessing Safety Cases and other operator H&amp;S submissions.</li>
<li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant health safety, engineering or science discipline, or other evidence of suitable training and job experience or Master Mariner STCW 11/2 (preferably unrestricted but will consider restricted).</li>
<li>Hold a Professional Membership of an appropriate institute associated with Health Safety, Engineering or Science.</li>
<li>Possess a valid OPITO Basic Offshore Survival Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) with Compressed air emergency breathing system (CA-EBS) or equivalent with additional OPITO Minimum Industry Training Standard (MIST).</li>
<li>Be proficient in database, productivity and presentation software such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, etc.</li>
<li>Have strong and efficient research skills and the ability to gather, sift and understand large amounts of information to identify key trends and issues.</li>

Offshore Petroleum Environmental Inspectors are responsible for inspecting and investigating onshore and offshore petroleum installations situated in the Falkland Islands. The role involves responding to environmental incidents and regulatory non-compliance events and maintaining and participating in an effective 24/7 response capability. The post holder will also contribute to the development of industry guidance, standards and operational strategy.
<h3>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:</h3>

<li>Be able to demonstrate at least five years’ experience of working in environmental regulation of the offshore petroleum, or another industrial sector presenting major hazards, including reviewing and assessing Environmental Impact Assessments, Safety Cases and any other operator environmental submissions.</li>
<li>Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant Offshore Petroleum Environmental or Science Discipline.</li>
<li>Hold a professional membership of an appropriate institute associated with Health and Safety, Engineering or Science.</li>
<li>Possess a valid OPITO Basic Offshore Survival Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) with Compressed air emergency breathing system (CA-EBS) or equivalent with additional OPITO Minimum Industry Training Standard (MIST).</li>

<h3>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:</h3>

<h3>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:</h3>

<li>Be able to demonstrate they have 7 to 10 years’ experience of working in Health and Safety regulation of the oil and gas industry, or another industry presenting major hazards, including reviewing and assessing Environmental Impact Assessments and Safety Cases.</li>
<li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health and safety discipline, or other evidence of suitable training and job experience to the offshore petroleum industry.</li>

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Traffic Engineer to work within the Parking Design Team on the design and implementation of parking schemes and the end-to-end process for the creation of Traffic Management Orders.&nbsp; The post holder is required to manage their workload with little supervision to provide stakeholders with a professional and efficient service. You will have a degree or ONC/HNC in civil engineering (or equivalent engineering qualification) and be able to demonstrate experience in the design and implementation of parking schemes.&nbsp; This will require a detailed understanding of design criteria for parking schemes and an understanding of Traffic Management Orders. You will have experience of formal and informal consultation, public notices and be able to deal with objections diplomatically and impartially.
You must be computer literate and have experience in the use of AutoCad and geographic information systems.&nbsp; For this position you must have excellent oral and written skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
You should also have a current driving licence or be able to travel quickly and efficiently around the Borough by other means. Starting salary will depend upon qualifications and experience.
