Fernways School is an independent specialist school which supports children and young people with an autism spectrum condition, the school has a lovely location in Windlesham, Surrey. What we’re looking for:

<li>Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)</li>
<li>A qualification in SEND education is desirable.</li>
<li>Experience of working with children with SEND and ASC</li>
<li>Experience in teaching English</li>
<li>Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.</li>
