The Multi- Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) within Front Door For Families ensures that the Local Authority acts quickly and appropriately to ensure the best decisions are achieved for children; it provides a delivery framework that enables partner agencies to work together to support and safeguard children by sharing and analysing information. As well as providing employment advice, you will also assist the team in dealing with general litigation matters, researching and analysing legislation, advising on its interpretation and providing innovative, proactive and pragmatic advice to Officers and Members of both Councils. </p>\n<p>We are looking for a positive, driven and innovative professional with excellent analytical and research skills, who is a good team player, self-motivated and has the ability to give clear, accurate and practical legal advice.</p>\n<p><strong>At Adur & Worthing, we are committed to supporting care leavers, in accordance with the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children and Social Work Act 2017.
