<h3>About the role</h3>
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections of occupied and void properties, diagnosing repairs, scheduling up works through an agreed schedule of rates or where not possible preparing a specification of works and obtaining quotations. You will work with colleagues across the Housing Demand Service to ensure the PSL properties meet the current lettable standard and repaired within the agreed timescales and budget provisions. Assess the issues and the risks and to make decisions to mitigate the risks to ensure the safety of the customer and property.
You will assist in maintaining and ensuring the PSL void properties are compliant and ready for tenants.&nbsp;To be responsible for the Hand back of Homes for Haringey and Councils Leasing properties, leading on the dilapidation and disrepair claims from property owners from inception to completion.
The Temporary Accommodation Service are responsible for the procurement of properties used as temporary accommodation for homeless households and for managing the relationships and contracts we have temporary accommodation providers, ensuring that a sufficient supply of good quality and reasonably priced accommodation is available.
This role sits within the Contracts &amp; Procurement Team which is tasked with managing our temporary and emergency accommodation provision and contracts, overseeing delivery of reasonably priced temporary housing to meet identified demand.
A key element of the contract &amp; procurement work is building and maintaining relationships with providers and agents, as well as carrying out inspections and following up on repairs and property conditions.
<h3>About you</h3>
You will be required to successfully manage projects and work with contractors to ensure work is being completed to a satisfactory standard. The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and contractors is required as well as tact, diplomacy and the ability to negotiate. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to achieve defined performance targets.

Processing relevant administrative functions in relation to CCTV team such as processing of CCTV scheme permits and logs on the performance of such schemes.
Previous experience of parking enforcement is not mandatory as full training will be provided on the job.
You will be required to successfully pass security vetting through DBS checks level to be considered for this post.

The Senior Public Health Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for drawing together intelligence and information from local authority, NHS and other sources, in traditional and innovative ways. They will work to explore determinants of health and health inequalities and communicate findings effectively to influence decision making.
The work will cover an array of topics including health improvement, health protection, population health management, epidemiological modelling, opportunity analysis, and health care analysis, and it will be a mixture of ad hoc and long- and short-term projects.
You will report to the Manager of the Intelligence and Insights team and will work closely with the Public Health Intelligence Lead and Public Health colleagues.

Who are we?
Hawley Woods School provides a specialist environment and support primarily for autistic children and those needing a similarly adapted approach with small classes of 6-8 pupils within our calm, nurturing setting. Our school caters for children from the age of 7 up to 16 years (Key Stages 2, 3 and 4).
We help children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who may be struggling to keep up with the pace of work, may be losing confidence, or struggling with the overwhelming sensory environment of their mainstream school. We also help children who have been out of education for a period of time, to positively re-engage in an education which takes into account any negative experiences they may have had in schools so far.

Hawley Woods School is part of the Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

Working Hours

We are looking for a&nbsp;self motivated&nbsp;and approachable individual to join our parking team.&nbsp;We are looking for exceptional candidates with a range of skills including:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA 2004), including &nbsp;Part 6 concerning civil enforcement of traffic contraventions, and its practical application in a local authority context.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the process for issuing and cancelling Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), including the grounds for representation and appeal</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Road Traffic Act as it pertains to civil enforcement duties</li>
<li>Previous employment as a Civil Enforcement Officer, Parking Attendant or Traffic Warden</li>
<li>Good GCSE grades or equivalent including English and Maths</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Full driving licence</li>
</ul>
