Good knowledge of statutory responsibilities and clear understanding of equality issues in relation to service delivery is required.
You will possess excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically at all levels and have a proactive and solution focused approach to problem solving. You will also have good administration and IT skills and be able to work effectively within a pressurised, customer focused environment.
You will need to be available to work or attend meetings outside of normal working hours. A driving licence and access to a vehicle or other satisfactory means of transport is required for this post.
