Housing Options Domestic Abuse Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Council’s Housing Options Team focusing on preventing homelessness and offering help and advice to customers who are in housing need and may be vulnerable. We need people who can comprehend the complex needs of individuals within our community and who will relish the challenge of finding solutions for them. This role will required an Enhanced DBS check.

Domestic Abuse Lead Officer for victims of domestic abuse supporting a caseload of applications from victims and developing relationships with other internal departments and external support agencies and accommodation providers.
