Are you an experienced leader with a passion for improving outcomes for neurodivergent children and young people?
We are seeking a Team Manager to lead our multidisciplinary Neurodiversity Team within Education and Inclusion Services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a developing service, driving a strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach that supports neurodivergent children and young people, their families, and the professionals who work alongside them.
You will provide operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, inclusive support and effective partnership working across education, health and social care. You will lead service improvement, support statutory SEND responsibilities, manage performance and quality assurance, and help embed best practice across the wider system.
What you will bring
- Experience of leading services within SEND, education, children's services or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, inclusion and neurodivergence.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, partnership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of service improvement, performance management and strategic planning.
- A commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people and families.

Salary range
- £49,600 - £53,191 per year
