29.6 hours per week, Permanent
Working hours - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8.30am to 17.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 16.30pm

About the role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, businesses, and visitors, providing high quality advice and support across a wide range of council services.
Working in a fast paced environment, you will handle enquiries by phone, online, and in person, ensuring customers receive accurate information and excellent service.
About you
You will have :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good I.T skills and experience using various systems.
- The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
- A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
