We have a diverse, committed and engaged Board and staff team and excellent levels of tenant satisfaction.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Housing Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a varied frontline role where you’ll help deliver high-quality housing management services, support tenants to sustain their tenancies, assist with lettings and tenancy matters and help make our housing schemes welcoming and well managed.

You’ll be visible on the ground, respond to housing enquiries, support tenant engagement, work with colleagues and partners, and play an important role in strengthening communication between WFHA and our tenants.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience of delivering housing management services, someone who is organised, approachable and committed to excellent customer service. Experience in housing, customer service or a tenant-focused environment is essential and expertise in Microsoft 365 applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) is essential for success in this role.

The role also includes taking part in the associations out of hours on call rota.

What we offer

We offer an agile working environment, work placed pension, life insurance, employee assistance programme and more. We provide a great induction, access to training / development, support with ICT, and being part of our committed small close knit team.

At WFHA, our values — Respect, Empower, Ambitious, Care and Honest — guide everything we do. If you are an experienced housing professional and want to make a positive difference in the lives of tenants and communities, we’d love to hear from you.
