You may undertake home and school visits to plan next steps and support re-engagement with education. You will help schools to identify patterns of attendance of their children who have a child in need or child protection plan and suggest strategies to improve their attendance. You will work closely with the Virtual School team to help secure the best outcomes for our children.</p>\n<p>You will report directly to the Virtual School Headteacher and produce attendance reports and data to show areas of need, and the impact of strategies used.</p>\n<p><strong>About the Candidate:</strong></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and families with an understanding of the educational system.
