We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Centres Manager to lead a professional team, to manage the facilities and provide tailored business growth support for its businesses whilst attracting and generating new business.&nbsp; The postholder will ensure a professional, practical and comprehensive support service is provided to clients at both HIC and HEC.
With previous experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will hold a relevant HND / degree (e.g. Business, Management, Finance, Law) or be able to demonstrate equivalent aptitude.&nbsp; You will have experience of generating income and supporting clients in a business-to-business environment and managing a team and a large budget.&nbsp; You will be professional, proactive and conscientious and have excellent sales, customer service, leadership and communication skills to ensure good working relationships are formed and be a competent user in MS Office including, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
The role will involve taking ownership for collating and analysing data in order to produce reports and recommendations to the Corporate and Senior Management Team.
You will be a highly motivated individual who is able to use your initiative to work independently in order to solve problems and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.&nbsp; You must be able to adopt a flexible approach to your work, and occasional work outside normal office hours may be required.

We are looking for a motivated, well organised and proactive individual with a strong commitment to helping customers to join our team as a Senior Planning and Building Control Technician. The role involves assisting Planning Officers in the processing of planning applications and managing planning and enforcement appeals including Public Inquiries and Hearings.
The successful applicant will assist in vetting planning applications and other applications, check Building Control applications to identify potential breaches in planning legislation and carry out Tree Preservation Order checks, as well as answering a variety of basic planning enquiries from members of the public.
Applicants will need to be a team player, as well as able to manage their workloads to ensure deadlines are met. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good attention to detail, along with the ability to interpret detailed information, plans and planning legislation. The post holder will have a good understanding of town planning and development processes and excellent IT skills.
Interviews are currently scheduled for the week commencing 19th January.

The role will work dynamically with the Routes off The Streets, the multi- agency Hotspot Team and the Connect Forward Team Leader to prioritise and target cases identified by these teams or referred to them by these teams. The role will work closely with our off-the-streets accommodation services and severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP) provisions, ensuring timely and sustainable move through focused, multi-agency coordination and advocacy where needed. For this reason, the reconnections team will be empowered and self- directed, offering innovation and building solutions with other delivery partners without the need for supervision. In support of this approach, the team will have access to a Camden personalised budget fund (CPBF) to support each reconnection plan. Previous experience in Internal Audit or finance&nbsp;is desirable but not essential, and we look forward to receiving applications from individuals with a range of transferable skills.
