As Digital Delivery Manager, you will lead the digital product-focused sub-teams (Product Development &amp; Support and Geospatial), commissioning digital products and resources to deliver corporate outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;
You will:&nbsp;

<li>Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver digital products and improve processes.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Set software development standards and ensure high-quality service support.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support and&nbsp;deputise&nbsp;for the Corporate Manager – Digital, Data and Technology.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drive continuous improvement, customer experience (CX), and employee experience (EX).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage contracts, budgets, and third-party suppliers.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead digital change projects from initiation to completion.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement strategic action plans for digital culture and transformation.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Represent the councils at external meetings and build positive relationships with stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
What&nbsp;we’re&nbsp;looking for:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Experience leading and managing technical, IT, or product development teams.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience with Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge&nbsp;and&nbsp;Experience&nbsp;of key Microsoft development technologies such as&nbsp;Sharepoint, Power&nbsp;platform&nbsp;and&nbsp;Co-pilot&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;data technologies such as MS Fabric and Power BI&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven knowledge of local government and the wider public sector.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in IT.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Commitment to continuous learning and development.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
