This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking local authority. You will use insight, analytics and staff feedback to continuously improve communications and engagement activity, helping to strengthen organisational culture and support positive change. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills and embody Harrow’s values, helping to build a proud, fair and cohesive borough where colleagues can perform at their best.
