OPERATIONS MANAGER - RELIEF

Main site - Newark Sports & Fitness Centre

Role to cover Sundays 18:00 to 20:30 on a weekly basis as well as covering holidays and sickness at all centres

NS 8 – £30,937 - £32,515 pro rata £16.08 - £16.90 per hour (pay award pending)

As a Relief Operations Manager, you will have the chance to work primarily at Newark Sports & Fitness Centre, however opportunities for working at Dukeries may also be possible. You'll be part of our friendly and experienced team, offering sports and leisure facilities to our community.

As a Relief Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience every time they visit. You will be part of a dedicated team, managing facilities and staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing swimming teachers, leisure attendants, cleaners, and coaches, as well as providing ongoing training and performance management.

Hours required are on Sundays 18:00 to 20:30 on a weekly basis.
