Job Introduction

Are you an innovative, empathetic individual who puts the service user at the heart of what you deliver? If so, then join our team as a Coroners Development Officer to support statutory and commercial activities within the Greater Lincolnshire Coroners Service.

You will be a key member of our team helping to deliver excellent customer service, manage coronial inquest administration and support ongoing digital development.

To support this work you will have the ability to work autonomously on key activities such as:

  • Develop statutory and legislative activities within the service
  • Deliver digital development of the service
  • Monitor and support the case management of coronial cases
  • Manage request from families and approved professionals for documentation relating to judicial inquests
  • Deliver excellent customer service for all aspects of booking and co-ordination for coronial inquests
  • Process Treasure finds from across the Greater Lincolnshire area inclusive of liaising with Coroner to deliver outcome
  • To perform functions / duties as required by HM Senior Coroner.
