Join our dynamic Talent & Early Careers Team and play a key role in delivering impactful programmes for Lincolnshire County Council. As the Programme Support Advisor, you’ll work closely with teams, education establishments, young people, parents/guardians, managers, and mentors to ensure our early career programmes are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with our strategic goals.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating early careers programme lifecycles, including work experience and T Level placements, apprenticeships and other activities. You will take a lead role in the end-to-end management of placements, from initial engagement and matching through to onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality experiences for both learners and host teams.

The role will also involve coordinating and delivering insight days and engagement activities, helping to bring career pathways to life through compelling storytelling and meaningful experiences that inspire young people.

You’ll manage data and monitor KPI’s through tools like Power BI, support quality assurance activities, and contribute to continuous service improvements. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and energy will help drive innovation and excellence in how we attract, engage, and develop emerging talent.

About You

  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and data
  • The ability to organise and deliver engaging events such as insight days or careers activities
  • A drive to achieve performance targets
  • A genuine passion for empowering young people and their development, whilst supporting our host teams and managers

You’ll be a team player, self-motivated, organised, excellent attention to detail, and ready to make a difference in a team that values creativity and continuous improvement.
