Building Maintenance Surveyor

Repairs & Investment, Capital Investment, Client Services

PO3 - 35 hours per week plus flexi time plus essential car user mileage

An exciting time to join us, we are looking to recruit a Building Maintenance Surveyors to join our new team within Client Services, Capital Investment.

You will be self-motivated, Qualified to HND and/or equivalent experience with an in-depth building knowledge to undertake a varied but interesting role.

You will be responsible to managing small projects on site around digital connectivity and ensuring that building safety is not compromised.

You will have use of your own vehicle to carry out site inspections, report your findings, produce specifications & tenders & manage on site consultants & contractors.
