South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council are looking for an experienced property lawyer who likes getting their hands dirty, but who can lead the property lawyers within our Legal Services Team. You will be someone who is a good communicator, who juggles tasks with a smile on their face when it comes to managing competing workloads and is able to lead by example.

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer, you will be part of a fantastic friendly and well-regarded team, that pulls together to provide sound advice and to deliver professional legal services to both councils. So, you’ll be busy, but you’ll also work with great colleagues and get a fab salary and employee benefits package. You can work from the offices and from home too so win/win!

So, if you’re thinking, ‘this job has my name on it’, then please do apply, we’d love to hear from you.

The role profile for this job can be found here - Principal Property Lawyer and Team Leader Role Profile.
