Presfield High School &amp; Specialist College is an oversubscribed specialist provision which caters for students with a primary diagnosis of Autism from age 11 through to 19. All our 132 students have an EHCP which identifies Autism as their primary need. We are advocates of Dr Stephen Shore’s belief that “If you have met one child with autism you have met ONE child with autism”. This underpins all that we do and we are committed to challenging the stereotypical views that are often associated with Autism.&nbsp;
We passionately believe in empowering our students and their families to advocate for their individual needs, to support them to make meaningful contributions to society and to gain employment if that is their chosen destination. This is demonstrated in our diverse curriculum that promotes an aspirational academic and social pathway.&nbsp;

Great Meols Primary School is an Academy which is part of the Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust. &nbsp;We are a very happy, successful and popular school with dedicated hard-working staff and Governors, supportive parents and delightful children.
The Governing Body wish to appoint an excellent and enthusiastic teacher to join our strong team from September 2025. &nbsp;
The successful candidates should be highly motivated, research based in their approach to teaching and have a passion for raising achievement of all children. &nbsp;They will also be expected to contribute to all areas of school life, working effectively within a team to sustain and extend the excellent provision on offer at Great Meols Primary School.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Observations and Interviews are scheduled for the week beginning 30th June 2025.
