We are looking for passionate and accomplished Social Workers to join our dedicated and supportive teams in West Northamptonshire. Within:Community Hub teams:&nbsp;based across Northamptonshire. Our community teams have a very varied role and support a wide range of adults from 18 plus, with a variety of needs. We also have our rural community teams.Your role will involve triaging safeguarding referrals for people living in their own home, ensuring a decision is made quickly to get the person onto an appropriate pathway for support. &nbsp;You will be responsible for making contact with people to fact find for the safeguarding enquiry or to provide advice and guidance on local services.
