You need to have good organisational skills, and will be an effective communicator used to working in conjunction with a range of other organisations, including health and other professional colleagues. We are committed to the development of the Social Care workforce. You will benefit from the support motivated and committed colleagues, receive regular supervision, and be able to benefit from training and career development opportunities.
