The Post

Salary range: Grade L – £58,551- £61,686 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEN Tribunal, Mediation and Complaints Lead within the Special Educational Needs (SEN) service in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The successful applicant will bring experience of working with families and professionals in complex SEND environments, along with excellent communication, analytical and partnership‑building skills.

They will be the Lead for the Tribunals, Mediation and Complaints function, ensuring timely, effective and compassionate responses for children, young people and families. The postholder will work closely with the SEN Service Manager to deliver key priorities and collaborate with schools and partners within and beyond Tower Hamlets to support the best outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
