Senior Performance Analyst for Partnerships

Wokingham Children's Safeguarding Partnership is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Performance Analyst to play a key role in shaping safeguarding priorities across the partnership. Working within Children's Services, you'll provide high-quality performance information, analysis and insight that supports evidence-based decision-making and strengthens multi-agency safeguarding arrangements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a wide range of partners including education, SEND, health, police, probation and the voluntary sector. You'll be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data, quality assuring statutory returns, identifying trends and emerging risks, and producing impactful reports and presentations for senior leaders and partnership boards. Your work will help ensure that local safeguarding practice is informed by robust evidence and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality statistical and qualitative analysis to support partnership priorities.
  • Producing reports, briefings, dashboards and presentations for a range of audiences.
  • Quality assuring statutory and local performance data collections.
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through data and research.
  • Working with safeguarding, education and SEND partners to develop shared insight and improve outcomes.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, policy and performance reporting requirements.
  • Representing the Partnership at local and regional meetings.

We're looking for an experienced analyst with strong numerical and communication skills, a track record of turning data into meaningful insight, and an understanding of children's services, social care, education and SEND.

If you're passionate about making a difference through data and want to influence strategic decision-making in a forward-thinking partnership, we'd love to hear from you.

For an informal conversation, please contact either Joanna.Ratcliffe@wokingham.gov.uk (hiring manager) or alix.williams@wokingham.gov.uk (recruitment team).
