You will be involved in every aspect of the young people’s care. This role may include working weekends and overnight shifts.</p><p>As a worker at Rainbow Lodge, you will be part of the Specialist Community Disability Service 0 – 24 working alongside social workers and social work resource officers to provide children with disabilities and their families the support that they need.</p><p>Children’s Residential Care Workers at Rainbow Lodge will be involved in the day-to-day care of children with disabilities, this will include undertaking personal care, promoting the children’s health, education, relationships with their family and friends.
