We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, adaptable individual to join our Green Spaces service as a Technical Admin Officer. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate sensitively and the ability to navigate software and systems accurately.
<h4>Key duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Experience of working within a technical customer focussed environment, providing advice to customer for Green Spaces, Tree Preservation Orders, Cemeteries and all Planning Enquiries.</li>
<li>Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information.</li>
<li>The processing of purchase orders, invoices and associated administration.</li>
<li>Working across a broad range of both internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Working across the Microsoft suite and bespoke IT systems.</li>

<h4>Key skills and qualifications required</h4>

<li>An intermediate level of competence across the Microsoft suite.</li>
