Join our Policy &amp; Partnerships team and help shape how projects are delivered across Hertsmere Borough Council. You will work closely with the Corporate Strategy Manager to embed a consistent, high-quality approach to project and programme management. You’ll help develop new principles, tools and reporting frameworks, support Service Heads and Project Managers to deliver projects effectively, coordinate training and forums, and contribute to centralised monitoring and reporting to senior leaders. The role combines hands-on project support, data and reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, public-service environment.
We are looking for a qualified or experienced project management professional who enjoys working with others to improve process and efficiency. You’ll bring strong knowledge of project and programme management, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a collaborative, problem solving approach. Experience in local government or complex organisational settings is welcome but not essential.
