The Role:

About the Role

The Programme is at an exciting juncture, and we are part-way through competitive dialogue process to appoint a Single Delivery Partner with demonstrable experience of delivering multi-phase regeneration programmes with a focus on placemaking and community wealth building. You will play a crucial role in finalising the Programme Delivery Plan and the associated contractual and legal structures to ensure it is a robust and fruitful long-term partnership.

As a Senior Project Manager in the Service, you will be part of a high achieving team of regeneration and housing professionals, leading on defining, design and planning, procuring and delivering high profile capital projects. About the Role
The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is recruiting for a highly experienced Events Manager. You will lead a diverse, high‑profile programme of corporate and city region events—ranging from conferences, international summits and ministerial visits to cultural moments, launches and project milestones. The Construction Team is one of several that report to the Head of Works within the Assets &amp; Environment Service which, in turn, sits within the Place, Economy &amp; Environment Directorate.The work of delivering construction projects on corporate properties requires the Team to works with a range of clients from within the Council such as Education, Adult Services, Northampton Children’s Trust and external partners and tenants. WNC delivers a high profile and wide-ranging capital programme to improve its existing assets portfolio and create new assets such as schools, commercial units and cycling &amp; walking infrastructure to ensure effective and practical environments for the benefits of our community, frontline services and end users, some of which are vulnerable adults and children.
