About You!
You will need to be an enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, who has previous customer liaison and IT skills (in particular outlook/word/excel Microsoft packages) who would be also willing to learn new bespoke software.

About the Role

The role will collaborate with stakeholders including funders, local authorities, supply chain and delivery partners and work alongside the North West Net Zero Hub using a standardised project management framework, methodologies, tools and templates.&nbsp; However, you will have the autonomy to determine the best way forward for your project, motivating and leading the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities
<ul>
<li>-Leading and managing the project team through all stages of initiation, delivery and close within time, cost and quality parameters. Turning evidence into action by developing the scope of projects, planning key activities and milestones, and driving forward their delivery.</li>
<li>-Building up sufficient technical sector-specific knowledge as appropriate to lead assigned projects (energy, solar and public building decarbonisation). Training and support will be provided.</li>
<li>-Leading development of collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders including North West Net Zero Hub, project sponsors and external parties such as funders, local authorities, suppliers and subject matter experts.</li>
<li>-Working with colleagues to put in place proportionate project governance arrangements to ensure appropriate levels of oversight and stakeholder engagement in line with the Project Management Framework and any funding requirements.</li>
<li>-Work with Programme Managers, project team and other key stakeholders to agree approvals pathways, develop and maintaining project management artefacts – undertaking good document control practices including tracking programme plans, risks, issues, change control, lesson learned, comms and engagement, escalating and delegating as appropriate.</li>
<li>-Work with the LCRCA Procurement and legal team to procure external services, ensuring effective oversight of contractor resource and supplier input, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.</li>

Reporting to the Land &amp; Property Manager, the Estates Surveyor will act as a lead officer across this diverse range of land &amp; property assets that serve to deliver the LCRCA business. This , includes our Operational buildings, Mersey Tunnels, Mersey Ferries, Maintenance Delivery services, Bus, Rail and other associated Land/Property. You will have the demonstrable experience and skills associated with landlord/tenant/owner occupier related transactions such a diverse portfolio requires. &nbsp;
Working in partnership with the operations teams and wider directorates, you will ensure relations are well maintained and obligations met,taking corrective actions where required. You will be able to manage and update the Land &amp; Property Asset Register and plan property related actions in advance to meet contractual agreements and ensure the service delivers its objectives and targets.
