An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Family Group Conference (FGC) Co-ordinator in the Family Resource Service. &nbsp;You will be working with families who are involved with Family Help Services including statutory services.&nbsp;You will need&nbsp;to have&nbsp;knowledge and experience of working with families who have experienced trauma which could stem from multiple areas including domestic abuse, substance use, abuse (physical, emotional and sexual) and mental health. You will need to have a good understanding of other variable factors that impact upon families including the impact of poverty and discrimination and demonstrate an ability to be creative in supporting families with drawing upon their own strengths, balanced with support from a wide range of other agencies.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
As an FGC Co-ordinator you will be motivated to promote the voice of the child/young person and will be able to demonstrate use of best practice principles to enable families to engage in order to provide high quality meetings and plans, which support the family with producing a safe and sustainable solution to safeguarding the child/young person. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to be creative and to keep children and their families at the heart of the meeting and be able to work positively and effectively with other agencies supporting the families referred to the service.&nbsp;

<h2>About This Role</h2>
We’re looking for a proactive Waste Services Officer to help lead Redbridge’s waste and recycling transformation across flats, estates, HMOs, and flats above shops. This role is key to preparing for Simpler Recycling reforms and rolling out food waste services to thousands of residents.
&nbsp;
You’ll conduct site audits, verify property data, and plan infrastructure improvements. You’ll also work closely with residents and housing partners to boost participation and reduce contamination, helping make Redbridge a cleaner, greener place to live.

SEND Senior Practitioner

The Role Tower Hamlet’s vision is to enable young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to live, learn and work within their local community, achieve sustained progression, resulting in better life outcomes. We are looking for committed and proactive Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) Officers to join our SEN service. You will be at the heart of supporting young people as they prepare to move from school or college into adult life. Your role will focus on helping them plan, ensuring their EHCPs reflect their aspirations and that the right support is in place to make them a reality.You will work closely with young people, their families, schools, colleges, social care and health professionals. You will attend and contribute to annual reviews from Year 9 onwards, making sure that PfA outcomes – such as employment, independent living, community participation and good health – are clearly embedded in each plan. As a Specialist Damp &amp; Mould Surveyor, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving damp, mould, and associated maintenance issues across our housing portfolio. Reviewing completed work against the schedule and contractor invoices and resolving issues as necessary.</li> <li>To provide management reports and schedules relating to any deficiencies identified, and when necessary, certify rectification of snagging of items.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with the Repairs Partnering team ensuring all relevant legislation is being adhered to. The second, manages high-intensity and quick turnaround work under a Discharge to Assess Model. The ethos being to support Adults to leave Hospital when safe and appropriate to do so and continuing their care and assessment out of an Acute setting. Both Adult Care Management Teams hold statutory responsibilities for Safeguarding, Reviews and Support Planning. This role sits in Team 2 which follows the Discharge to Assess model. However, all successful applicants are likely to receive a hybrid caseload of both type of work.&nbsp; The Adult Care Management Team, work with adults aged 18 and over, to identify and care plan for eligible Social Care and Support needs.
