Working with senior EPs, our dynamic team of Assistant EPs have devised and delivered a highly regarded programme of in-service training, making full use of technology, to reach as wide an audience as possible. We are proud of the fact that over 100 ELSAs have now been trained and are present in 60% of Brent schools; our annual ELSA conference has become the most attended education conference in the LA.
\n
Our EBSA project created a Practice Framework for schools. There is dedicated EP support to our colleagues in the Brent Virtual School.
\n
We work in collaboration with colleagues in the wider Inclusion Service, where the EPS sits and has a leadership role.
