You will be accustomed to carrying out a range of compliance and enforcement activities and managing a diverse and challenging workload.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you must be able to interpret and convey complex information both in oral and written form to educate and secure compliance across the licensing regime. You will have a proven track record of partnership working and working as part of a small team. You will possess excellent organisational and analytical skills, an ability to problem solve and adapt to competing priorities, whilst remaining calm under pressure.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have and demonstrate the following skills and abilities;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of working in a regulatory team with an enforcing authority preferably dealing with applications</li>\n<li>Undertaking licensing compliance visits within the borough</li>\n<li>Working with partner agencies</li>\n<li>Providing professional guidance to external forums, key partners and
