<li>Supports the development and implementation of the Councils Corporate learning framework and training offer.</li>
<li>Co-create training packages and be responsible for the delivery of training, predominantly face to face, to support the Organisational Development programme that will embed a learning culture across the Council.</li>
<li>Work in partnership with Managers and teams across the Council to ensure that learning sessions are coherent, accessible and in-line with industry standards and the evolving needs of staff.</li>
<li>Design and use tools to evaluate the impact of learning and organisational development initiatives and conduct regular monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of the programme as per agreed objectives.</li>
<li>Acts as the councils Subject Matter Expert in developing content and supporting the use of learning management systems, platforms and other tools for hosting learning content</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Candidate Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Degree-level, equivalent relevant professional qualifications, or expertise</li>
<li>Good IT skills including office software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience of delivering training face to face with some hybrid training options</li>
<li>Experience of learning management systems, e-learning and system maintenance</li>

Whilst this is a fixed term contract appointment, for anyone already employed by Wokingham Borough Council this would be classed as a secondment if successful. &nbsp;Therefore, the usual permission requests for secondments apply and you must speak to your line manager in the first instance before applying.
