37 hours per week – 12-month Fixed Term
Grade 7: Salary range £37,649.52- £41,121.00 per annum
This is a great time to join Test Valley’s forward thinking and proactive Housing team.
We are looking for someone to join us as a Housing Project Officer; this role will deliver on multiples projects to improve service delivery across the Housing department.
You will carry out research and analysis on changes to housing policy and legislation, as well as local priority areas and make recommendations for local policy changes. You will gain insight through the gathering of customer and stakeholder feedback to inform your recommendations for service change.
You will work closely with all other teams within the housing service whose primary focus is to prevent and relieve homelessness.
We are looking for people who are dynamic, customer focused and who thrive in a busy and demanding environment. You will have experience of working in a statutory homelessness setting as well as proven history of project delivery.

The role will be office based in Andover and offers flexibility to allow for some home working.
