The Person

As Deputy Team Manager you will provide clinical and management supervision to the Advanced Practitioner and up to six&nbsp;Social Work practitioners. You will attend and contribute to multi-agency forums and develop and nurture relationships within the Local Authority and across partnership agencies.&nbsp;You will have a commitment to staff wellbeing and reflective practice.&nbsp;
Your primary role will be to support the Team Manager to manage the team, with the assistance of the advanced social work practitioner. You will provide regular supervision and help to create a team culture of learning alongside attending leadership sessions to broaden your own practice knowledge.&nbsp; &nbsp;The ideal candidates will be dynamic and analytical in their approach and demonstrate the ability to manage competing demands and prioritise effectively to promote safe, positive and timely decisions for the residents of Brent.&nbsp; This role will need you to develop meaningful and purposeful social work practice and to continue Brent’s journey to in-bed strengths-based practice.
