Starting salary £38,350pa with progression to £41,254pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance)
37 hours per week (shift pattern including evening and weekends)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Campus West.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the operational planning and overall day to day management of the catering operations across our leisure sites which includes Campus West, Mill Green Museum and The Hive.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations including health and safety and food hygiene, menu concept, food costings, and cost control.The postholder will deliver and develop an outstanding catering service to maximise income and to ensure all food hygiene regulations are met.
You will lead on identifying and developing commercial opportunities to maximise income.The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering exceptional customer service whilst ensuring compliance with licenses and regulations are adhered to.
You will have experience at management level to be able tolead, coach, and motivate a team.
The postholder will have a Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
This post will require evening and weekend working, including shift patterns, to meet the needs of the service
The postholder will have a UK full driving licence and have access to a car to be able to travel between sites.
