About the role 
Join our team at the Work Services Unit (WSU) and play a key role in delivering efficient and effective financial and management support!
We are looking for a Finance and Trade Assistantwho will proactively support the delivery of high-quality services across the WSU. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, collaborative environment where your financial expertise will directly contribute to the operational success of the service.
Please note that this role is office based 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Update and maintain financial systems (Agresso, SharePoint, Open Revenues etc.)</li>
<li>Track, analyse, and process invoices, ensuring accurate cost assignments</li>
<li>Prepare and extract data for financial reports to support service management</li>
<li>Perform system administration tasks including data cleansing and year-end reconciliations</li>
<li>Process recharges, handle commercial waste enquiries and disputes, and liaise with suppliers</li>
<li>Raise and distribute purchase and requisition orders</li>
<li>Ensure high standards of confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies</li>
</ul>

About you

<li>Strong organisational and analytical skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications</li>
