Our award-winning council is undergoing an exciting transformation, centred around placing residents at the core of all our initiatives. We strive to listen to our communities and make decisions that benefit them. Our efforts have led to increased innovation, improved efficiency, and better value for money. These changes are evident through the emergence of new businesses and jobs, the vibrant town centre, enhanced school results, and unprecedented recognition as Council of the Year in 2023 from both the LGC and the MJ awards. So, we have created a development process that lets you grow in the way that suits you - whether that is training to be a leader or learning flexibly online.
