As a Parking Services Officer you will deliver an efficient, effective, and high-quality customer focussed Parking Service working directly with external organisations in the delivery of Civil Parking Enforcement.
You will be responsible for processing and actioning all appeals and representations for Penalty Charge Notices received for both Arun District Councils off-street car parks and on-street on behalf of West Sussex County Council.
The role requires you to produce monthly and quarterly KPI monitoring reports along with cash reconciliation on a daily basis.
The role also requires you to communicate with customers face to face, via email, and telephone, alongside dealing with enquires from internal and external stakeholders.

The job is based at the Civic Centre in Littlehampton, and this will be your contractual job location. An opportunity has arisen within Sefton Council for a part-time leisure attendant, based at Bootle Leisure Centre. The post is for a fully qualified NPLQ lifeguard to work as part of a team, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care are maintained.&nbsp; This role requires constant supervision of the poolside; you will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive.&nbsp; This position involves the setting up of equipment to meet the needs of the programmed activities and to undertake cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is well presented to the highest standard.&nbsp; The candidate will have a friendly and approachable manner to always maintain a high level of customer service.&nbsp; The candidate must be NPLQ qualified and must be able to demonstrate competency. &nbsp;Ongoing monthly training is also required.

Qualifications 
It is essential you have a current RLSS Royal Lifesaving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. A first aid at work qualification, AED or Pool plant operator’s certificates are also desirable.

We are looking for a part time Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive Customer Service Team.
We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service to residents, businesses and visitors to the Borough.&nbsp; The post will be mainly based at Long Eaton Town Hall, but applicants must be flexible to work at Ilkeston Town Hall when required as part of the team rota.
The hours of work are:

<li>Tuesday and Wednesday - 12pm to 5pm</li>
<li>Thursday - 2pm to 5pm</li>
<li>Friday - 9.30am to 12:30pm</li>

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
<ul>
<li>Preparing to open the town hall reception and cashing up when reception closes.</li>
<li>Working in the contact centre and dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email, and face to face when working in reception.</li>
<li>Providing accurate and timely information and support in response to enquiries from members of the public about a wide range of council services.</li>
<li>Providing an effective and efficient service, taking and processing customer payments and helping customers to complete and access the council’s on-line forms.</li>
</ul>

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Volair’s Central Membership Office as a Customer Care Advisor, supporting all Volair clubs across Knowsley in an office based environment.&nbsp;
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective members. Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Handling inbound calls, responding to live chat enquiries, and responding to emails</li>
<li>Resolving a variety of membership queries quickly and professionally</li>
<li>Providing accurate information on club facilities, programmes, membership options, and payment plans</li>
