About the Role: 
Active Wirral is seeking suitability trained, Level 2 Swimming Instructors to become part of our lesson deliver team.
The role will involve front line swimming lesson delivery to a variety of leisure stakeholders to include Swim Wirral, Aqua Tots and Adult Learn to Swim customers.
There are a variety of hours available from 10 hours per week up to 17.5 hours per week, working at the following Active Wirral Leisure Centres, Europa Pools, West Kirby Concourse, The Oval &amp; Leasowe Leisure Centre.
Swim Wirral lessons are delivered over 42 weeks per year.
About the candidate:
This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful candidate will be professional, ambitious, accountable and resident focused delivering a high standard of customer service to leisure centres and users along with all other stakeholders.
Swimming Wirral Instructors should be willing to work flexible hours across all leisure centres which may include evenings and weekend.

Jealott’s Hill Community Landshare is a successful and well-established, award-winning community project based in Warfield, Bracknell Forest. Our focus is on peoples’ wellbeing, gardening and the outdoor environment.
We are brilliantly supported by a dedicated and passionate team of volunteers who, led by the Landshare Manager, utilise their gardening and other practical creative skills to plant and maintain our 6-acre site. Sharing their knowledge, they grow vegetables, fruit and flowers, tend our large orchard, help run events and grow plants to sell, alongside creating items for our pop-up shop. Our primary aim is to provide support and empowerment for a diverse group of volunteers from the community in East Berkshire including those with autism, learning and physical disabilities and those seeking to improve their mental and physical health by connecting with nature. The beneficiaries include individuals in addiction recovery, with dementia, and offenders on community service, as well as ordinary citizens looking for horticultural and outdoor environmental activity. All are volunteers and come to us for many reasons including loneliness and isolation and find that by working and sharing together community engagement is enhanced, gardening and other skills learnt, and lives transformed.

<h3>The Role:</h3>

<li>Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Landshare, including the cultivation, maintenance and use of all areas of the site, a variety of facilities and tools.</li>

This team works on a rota which includes 12 hours shifts. Some shifts will require working until 2am and some weekends. Staff are also required to be flexible as cover shifts are included in the rota which is subject to review and change depending on needs of the service. Working as part of the Clean City Team you will work with colleagues and the public to 'Help keep the city safe, clean and tidy and to provide support and advice when needed'. Being a community warden is a customer facing role and you will respond to demands to help ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all of the community. Your work will largely focus on all residential areas, parks, the seafront and open spaces. You will also carry out duties in busy shopping areas and precincts. You will be dealing with environmental nuisance such as fly tipping, littering, early refuse, wheelie bin audits, dog control orders and waste issues. You will gather evidence for and issue Fixed Penalty Notices, Community Protection Notices. You will be required to contact members of the public who have committed littering offences. You will prepare legal documents, case files and attend Court as needed. You will check CCTV and use IT equipment to access footage. You will work with partner agencies on Criminal Behaviour Orders or injunctions and contribute to dealing with other issues affecting the community. This role is expected to provide an efficient and effective service of parking enforcement in our borough car parks, in order to minimise Parking Contraventions through the issue of penalty charge notices in appropriate cases, in accordance with the Council’s objectives, policies and the Parking Order.
The candidate will hold the relevant qualification to carry out Civil Enforcement (Level 2 Award, City and Guilds), be conversant with Civil Enforcement legislation and procedures, and be polite and capable of representing a positive and helpful image for Spelthorne Borough Council to our residents and customers.

Civil Enforcement Officer - (Ref: CEO)
Salary: Up to £30,076.80 p.a.

We are looking for hard-working and dedicated people to help keep Broxbourne’s streets safe by joining our team of Civil Enforcement Officers.
Keeping children safe especially near schools, ensuring emergency vehicles have unrestricted access, as well as &nbsp;improving access to disabled bays and local facilities for less-abled people are essential aspects of this role.
The Civil Enforcement Officers ensure that drivers comply with these regulations as well as providing guidance. They play a vital role in ensuring good traffic flow, maximising available parking spaces and enhancing safety throughout the Borough.
The areas of responsibility include both on and off-street parking contraventions, as well as the smooth running of the Council’s pay and display car parks and on-street pay and display areas.
Excellent customer care skills are essential for this role. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good people skills often in challenging situations; they must be good team players and have basic computer skills. They must be prepared to work in all weathers on a flexible rota basis, which will include weekends and bank holidays.
A manual driving licence is required. This role requires a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English&nbsp; &nbsp; is essential in this post.

As a Connect to Work Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the contract and performance management for the Prime Contractor delivering the Connect to Work programme across Berkshire, acting as the primary point of contact for both the Prime Contractor and any subcontractors involved.

Key responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead on contract and performance management for the Prime Contractor selected to deliver Connect to Work across Berkshire. Acting as the main liaison for the Prime Contractor and any subcontractors engaged</li>
<li>Establish and maintaining strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders from the voluntary and health sector aligning programme to local objectives and ensuring strong referral pathways are established</li>
<li>Co-ordinate the integration of Connect to Work across the Berkshire Boroughs by overseeing the Integration Leads in each LA, bring them together for regular meetings and working to a collective action plan.</li>
<li>Develop, implement and maintain systems and processes to maximize service quality and compliance. This includes undertaking a range of monitoring and performance meetings, analysing data and reports and escalating any concerns to the wider Accountable Body Management group</li>
<li>To establish a Connect to Work Partnership Board, preparing and presenting reports to establish a transparent regular flow of information</li>
<li>Take an active role in representing Berkshire Connect to Work at various stakeholder meetings, confidently presenting updates on the programme and driving employer and referral engagement</li>

Candidate requirement:

<li>Extensive experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>An understanding of Individual Placement support and/or Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and the Fidelity Quality Assurance models</li>
