Required as soon as possible Administrative Assistant Band D (£23,709 to £24,248 actual) 36 hours per week, 41 weeks (term time plus 3 weeks)
 We are seeking to appoint a reliable, experienced, articulate and highly motivated person to work in the busy school office and reception, under the direction of the Business Manager. The persons appointed must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, be able to work calmly and efficiently to meet the demands of staff, students and visitors and to respond confidently under pressure and to meet deadlines. The persons appointed should have working experience of SIMS, and knowledge of FMS and Tucasi, be proficient in other ICT software packages and have experience of working in a school.
Duties include covering Reception on a weekly rota, filing, general typing, dealing with student and staff queries, reprographics, postage and basic First Aid (full training for First Aid is available).
