Teaching Assistant Level 2 (Special School) Band E - Full time

Hayfield School is a primary special school, specialising in meeting the needs of pupils who have moderate learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties.

The School & Governing body are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is committed to maintaining high standards across the school site. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a range of settings with children who can display a range of complex behaviour.  The candidate will have a patient and empathetic nature, have a good understanding/experience of the specific special needs of our pupils and be dedicated to bringing out the best for the children and class with which they will be working.

This post is 36 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks).
