Working as part of the Systems Development team you will assist in delivering continuous improvement across the Council in line with the authorities’ ambitions, ensuring that the customer experience is at the forefront of new processes. This includes evaluating new IT requirements and helping to deliver projects that provide efficiencies by utilising existing IT and the Salesforce platform wherever possible.
You will also be responsible for the administration and development of the council’s website and intranet ensuring all content is up to date and relevant.
Knowledge of using Salesforce and the Microsoft suite of apps would be advantageous, full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.
